1. Search -- for the key words, someone may have asked the question you had before.
2. View Thread -- If the search result is an eGroup post, but you don't see the answer, "view thread." Your answer may be in someone else's response.
3. Provide a Screen Shot -- There is a "print screen" button on all keyboards. Press it and the image will be added to your clipboard. You can use "CTRL+V" to paste it into any program that allows pasting images.
4. Provide the URL -- There are different versions of the software and URLs can help us find the page you are referring to.
