Will cover launch and beta testing plans (including putting together a custom launch tactical plan), developing seed questions, using events to promote the community an interactive "Choose Your Own Adventure" with real-life situations you will face as a community manager. Bi-directional content marketing (using community content in other places, and other content in community), gamification, and recording and reporting metrics.This day also includes Office Hours for 1:1 time with your Implementation Project Manager and Client Success Team staff.

Designed For: Membership, Marketing & Communications, Education and Executive teams that will be using the Connected Community site but not responsible for the daily site management and configuration.
